Hello, this is Wasif Rahman. I am from Bangladesh. I am studying University 1st year at University of Manitoba. After completing my Higher Secondary School certificate, I got admitted into Engineering school as my father wanted me to be like him. But I had no fascination in engineering for which after some extent I changed my mind and came here in Canada, land of scopes. After coming here, I thought that it would be helpful for me if I involve myself in a not-for-profit, which helps to resolve the conflicts happening throughout the world. I would be learning new things everyday working with CRRIC that would also help me to connect with others.

I volunteered for CRRIC in February 2020 and I am currently working as a CRRIC webinar 2020 coordinator.
