Ms. Tamanna Rahman is an expert in Media for Development, Bangladesh. In her 21+ years’ career path, she gained vast experience in communications, advocacy and campaign related activities including research, capacity building initiatives etc. Apart from her active involvement with CRRIC, she also working as a Technical Advisor, *SBMSS-Community Radio Boral FM 99.0 *(Secchasebi Bohumukhi Mohila Somaj KallyanSomity) (July 2020 to till now)
She started her career as a Coordinator with the South Asian Disaster Management Center under International University of Business Agriculture and Technology – IUBAT, (January 1992 December 1998). She also acted as a consultant – Student Affairs, Murphy McCan Consulting Group, Program Officer, Research, Training and Management International and Coordinator Building Capacity of Bangladesh NGO’s Network for Radio and Communication-BNNRC.
In her long career journey, Ms. Rahman facilitated many training workshops in the country and abroad. Ms. Rahman is graduated from the University of Dhaka, where she completed both of her BSS and MSS under Sociology discipline in 1988 and 1989 respectively.
