My university education and work experiences have trained me in policy research and advocacy. In more than one and a half years of public sector experience at Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure, I have been deeply involved in more than forty small and large-scale projects thus far. My role has provided me with the opportunity of developing and managing complex programs by preparing Contribution Agreements and Cabinet and Treasury Board submissions. I have also prepared annotated agenda and attended Federal/Provincial/Territorial meetings (including Council of Ministers, Deputy Ministers of transport, Emergency Management with EMO ADM, SOREM and CCEMO) gaining firsthand experience in advocacy dialogues. I have maintained amiable relationships with internal and external stakeholders with effective interpersonal skills, which has benefitted me in receiving deliverables in short notice, as necessary.
