CRRIC and the Rotary club of Winnipeg (international sponsor for the Global Grant project) jointly organized a fund raising dinner. Following invitation was sent to the guests:

On behalf of the CRRIC family, I cordially request your kind presence in the CRRIC Fund-raising Dinner. Your charity would bring hope to the at-risk Rohingya youths for basic literacy and sustainable livelihoods in the future.

The Rohingya female adolescents are the most neglected section of the refugees in Bangladesh camps. Such neglect resulted into their vulnerability to a host of anti-social activities. Equitable access to basic education and skills training in safe spaces within the camps is a human right of the female adolescents. Rotary club of Winnipeg in collaboration with CRRIC and partnership with Chittagong Rotary Club of Bangladesh has initiated a pilot project to educate adolescents. The project will be implemented through the generous support of Rotary Global Grant program. All proceeds of this fundraising dinner will go to develop and customize a need-based basic literacy curriculum for the adolescents.
