CRRIC WEBINAR SERIES: COVID-19, CONFLICT & RESILIENCE (Webinar – 5)

CRRIC is hosting a series of webinars to reflect upon the impacts of COVID-19 on Canadians. In this series, political scientists, academics, and eminent personalities are going to share their reflections on the crisis. In the 5th episode of the webinar series, we have invited Rohingya activists and practitioner to reflect upon the impacts of COVID-19 on Rohingya crisis in general and other relevant topics pertaining to crisis resolution. In the 4th episode of the webinar series, we have invited Rotarian and Peacebuilder David G. Newman and Executive Director, IRCOM, Dorota Blumczynska to speak on their experiences about peacebuilding and refugee issues impacted by the pandemic. All are welcome.

CRRIC is hosting a series of webinars to reflect upon the impacts of COVID-19 on Canadians. In this series, political scientists, academics, and eminent personalities are going to share their reflections on the crisis. In the 3rd episode of the webinar series, we have invited educators from Bangladesh, USA, and Canada to speak on their nations response to the virus’s impact on tertiary education. This is a Joint Collaboration between CRRIC and IAA (Institute of Applied Anthropology), Bangladesh. All are welcome.

CRRIC Past Events (2018-19)

Over the past years, CRRIC organized and participated in numerous events in home and abroad. It acknowledges the support of various organization and in particular the Winnipeg Peacebuilder Committee, Rotary World Peace Partners for its success.

CRRIC ROUND TABLE POLICY DIALOGUE

CRRIC round table policy dialogue was organized at St. Paul’s College, University of Manitoba. Its book on the crisis was also unveiled. Presence of scholars, academics, and particularly Dr. Franco Vaccari and his staffs of Rondine Cittadella della Pace, Italy was inspiring.
